Day 03: Toronto/Niagara Falls After breakfast checkout and transfer to Niagara Falls. Travel through the towns of Hamilton, St. Catharine’s and the wine region of the Niagara Peninsula. On arrival check in at hotel. Afternoon with your included Niagara Falls Adventure Pass, experience the Maid of the Mist, Journey Behind the Falls, Niagara's Fury and White Water Walk, along with day's rides on the Peoplemover, an all day on-and-off shuttle service along the Niagara Parkway. Day 02 : Los Angeles Morning proceed on full day Los Angeles City and Universal Studios combination tour. This tour visits the towering skyscrapers of Downtown Los Angeles the city center. There, you will see the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, where the academy awards are held, Hollywood Bowl , world famous Chinese Theatre via Hollywood Blvd., where you will gaze at the Walk of Fame and view hundreds of foot and handprints of stars such as Marilyn Monroe, Eddie Murphy and many more. Day 04 : Las Vegas Morning proceed on a full day tour by coach to the Grand Canyon. First photographed by Timothy O’Sullivan in 1871, we continue trying to capture the beauty of this geological wonder but nothing substitutes seeing the Grand Canyon like seeing it in person. Gray Line stops at the most popular viewing areas including Mather Point and the Bright Angel Lodge. Day 05 : Las Vegas/San Francisco Morning checkout of hotel and transfer to airport to connect flight to San Francisco. On arrival check in at hotel. Day 06 : San Francisco Morning proceed on Wine Country tour. Enjoy spectacular views as you drive through California's famous premium wine producing region. Day 01: Arrive in Beijing Beijing is a city of amazing contrasts - an ancient capital with some incredible historical sites and a bustling modern metropolis that successfully hosted the 2008 Olympics.
After arriving in Beijing, you will be met and transferred you to your Hotel. The guide will give you tips on local restaurants that we recommend and shopping in streets nearby. The rest of the day is free to rest to recreation from jetlag or explore Beijing by yourself.

Day 02: Beijing After breakfast visit Tian'anmen Square, the symbol of Beijing and one of highlights of any Essence of China Tour. A walk in the Square will help discover the many points of interest. There is much to see.
The Forbidden City is the destination of the afternoon. Forbidden City, where 24 emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties resided. Located in the center of the central axial line of Beijing, the Palace Museum was firstly constructed in 1406. It has more than 9,000 halls and rooms, and contains a large number of valuable cultural relics. Lunch is at Courtyard 7 Restaurant near the Hutong area. Its rustic Chinese design gives it real charm. This serves restaurant provides new modern French dishes as well as Chinese cuisine.
Then make the short trip back to the Hutong area where a rickshaw awaits to ride through the narrow alleys and passages. A visit to a local family is included then a walk over the Silver Ingot Bridge (Yinding Bridge) to hear the explanation about the different thresholds that mark the entry to the courtyard houses.

Day 03: Beijing Place Today's Activities: Temple of Heaven, Mutianyu Great Wall (with round way cable car), Cloisonne Factory Meals: Breakfast, Chinese Lunch, Chinese Dinner at Roasted Duck at Fangzhuang .
Detailed Itinerary:
First visit Temple of Heaven. Constructed in 1420, the Temple of Heaven was the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties worshiped heaven and prayed for good harvests. It has been included into the UNSCO World Heritage List. Well known for its precise outlay, unusual architectural decorations, it is the largest temple complex for praying in China. Lunch is at Xin Shuang Quan Restaurant near Mutianyu Great Wall. This garden style restaurant serves farmhouse dishes, specializing in rainbow trout, sturgeon and salmon.
After that we will visit the Great Wall - Mutianyu Section which is less crowed than other sections. It is surrounded by wonderful landscape and has a rarely seen structure formed by three connected watch towers and the cable car provides a safe comfortable assent and decent. Dinner is at Quanjude, which is renowned for Beijing roasted duck.

The Summer Palace is equally famous as the Forbidden City. It is the best preserved and the largest imperial garden in China. A much-loved summer retreat of the Imperial families, the beautifully landscaped gardens, halls, pavilions and corridors are designed to be in harmony with the lake and rivers in which they are set. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Xi'an after lunch. Upon arrival in Xi'an, transfer to hotel.

Day 5: Xian Place Today's Activities: The Terracotta Warriors and Horses, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Handmade Pottery Factory Meals: Breakfast, Chinese Lunch Detailed Itinerary:
After breakfast in the hotel, set off to the incredible 2000 year-old Terra Cotta Warriors. The Warriors are part of the underground tomb of the Emperor Qin. There are well over 7000 figures in full battle array and battle formation in several large pits. Many of the figures - soldiers, archers, horses and chariots have been restored. The repairs and excavations continue at the site where you can see both repaired and broken warriors in a truly impressive display.
In the afternoon, visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda where widely renowned Master Xuanzang (Monk Tripitaka) stored his collection of classic Buddhist artifacts originally brought from India. It is the symbol of the ancient capital city - Xi'an.

Day 6 Xian to Shanghai Today's Activities: Hotel to airport Transfer (Xian), Airport to Hotel Transfer (Shanghai), Shaanxi Provincial Museum, Xian City Wall with Bicycle, Muslim Street Meals: Breakfast, Chinese Lunch Detailed Itinerary:
Spend the morning at one of the best museums in China - the Shaanxi Historical Museum. Among the 400,000 items on display are treasures from many Dynasties including magnificent bronzes and porcelain, many of which have never been on permanent display before. .
After the lunch, drive to the After lunch visit the Ancient City Wall. As the only part of ancient city wall in existence constructied in the Ming Synasty in urban Shanghai, it was built in the 32nd year of the reign of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty (1553) in order to resist the aggression of Japanese pirates. The oval city wall of Shanghai County that time was completed in three months by the local people with a circumference of 4.5 KM and an average height of 8 meters. When the wall was torn down in 1912, a part of about 50 meters long was preserved. Later, drive to the Muslim sector. A 500 meters long avenue paved with bluestones is dotted with unique stalls, souvenir shops, café and bars. After that, fly to Shanghai and on arrival in Shanghai, transferred to the hotel.

Start the day by visiting Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Hall which is much more interesting and impressive than its sounds. It tells the story of growth of the metropolis, explains her foundation, development and future in 1 to 2 hours. Then head to the Shanghai World Financial Center, which is the tallest structure in China with a height of about 490 meters. It gives a panoramic view of Shanghai. Lunch is at the Old Shanghai Restaurant which is an old famous local restaurant. It serves traditional Shanghai Food as well as different flavors from other parts of China.
In the afternoon, take a relaxing walk to the lovely old Yuyuan Garden, the most famous garden in Shanghai which is decorated by beautiful pavilions, miniature lakes, bridges and rock formations. You will pass the Yuyuan Market. It is also a shopper's paradise with many small shops, often housed in authentic historic structures and selling everything from furniture to porcelain.
After that, we will go directly to the Bund - the old colonial sector, which is home to a myriad of European-styled buildings that face the Huangpu River. It is a must-see when visiting Shanghai. Architectural styles include gothic, baroque, Romanesque, and renaissance.

Day 4: Mykonos After breakfast day free to explore the island on your own or we recommend to take an optional tour of DELOS Island. According to Greek mythology, Apollo was born on this tiny island in the Cyclades archipelago. Apollo’s sanctuary has attracted pilgrims from all over Greece and Delos was a prosperous trading port. The island bears traces of the succeeding civilizations in the Aegean world, from the 3rd millennium B.C. to the palaeochristian era. Day 5: Mykonos - Santorini Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the port to board the ferry to Santorini. On arrival in Santorini, you will be transferred to the hotel. Santorini is a small, circular archipelago of volcanic islands located in the southern Aegean Sea, about 200 km southeast from Greece’s mainland. Santorini is essentially what remains of an enormous volcanic explosion, destroying the earliest settlements on what was formerly a single island, and leading to the creation of the current geological caldera. Day 6: Santorini After breakfast day free to explore the island on your own or we recommend to take an optional tour of Volcano - Hot Springs - Thirassia and Oia Sunset. Drive to Athinios Port to board the traditional sailing boat for the Volcano. Climbing up to the crater and will explore the 6 (six) craters. Next stop will be Hot Springs. In Thirassia, you can explore the traditional village of Manolios and the Greek life. Last stop is in the village of Oia for which one has to disembark at Ammoudi Bay and climb the steps up to Oia OR take a donkey ride to go up. Day 4: Zermatt After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy an excursion to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise - highest sightseeing point in Europe (3883 metres above sea level); accessible only by cableways! Discover mystical, icy worlds in the highest glacier palace in the world. You arrive at the glacier palace with one of the 2 lifts directly from the Matterhorn glacier paradise station. It runs from Montreux to the Gruyère region from where the excellent quality Cailler chocolate and naturally, Gruyere cheese come from! During this excursion visit the picturesque Gruyères village & Gruyères castleand. Also watch how Gruyere cheese is made at the demonstration cheese dairy. This botanical garden was first built as a pleasure garden by a Sinhala king and was expanded by the British. It is 147 acres in extent and provides an amazing variety of trees, plants and flowers. Thereafter proceed to Kalutara/Bentota / Ahungalla via Pinnawala. Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage The Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage, established in 1975, commenced with seven orphans. Today some of these orphans enjoy the fortune of seeing their grandchildren born in the same location. The original objective of establishing the orphanage inclined more towards tourism, but is soon became a conservation and educational centre. With the help of local and foreign elephant experts, Pinnawela started a scientific captive-breeding programme for elephants. The free movement of the herd enhanced the chances for respective individuals of both sexes to get together and mate. The nearby river played a dominant role in this regard, and in 1984, the first baby of Pinnawela was born. The success story of Pinnawela has drawn the attention of scientists from all over the world. A considerable number of books and research articles on Pinnawela have been published in several languages. Day 3: On board Nile cruise Meals: Breakfast, lunch & dinner After breakfast, disembark and transfer from the train station to the pier in Aswan to board the Nile cruise. Post depositing your luggage on the cruise, proceed on the Aswan tour visiting the Aswan High Dam, Philae Temple and the Unfinished Obelisk. Later sail on to Edfu where you will visit the Edfu temple which was the second nome of Upper Egypt and the centre of the cult of a triad of Gods, which consisted of Horus of Behdet, Hathor, and their son, Hor-Sama-Tawy. Edfu was known as Apollo Polis Magna because the Greeks identified Horus with their God Apollo.
